March Yoga & Sound Bath:
Celebrating our collective existence and the arrival of spring, join Lisa and gather together for yoga movement to strengthen and cleanse the body, alongside breath work to purify and reset the system. Weather permitting, the class will collect together in the gardens and acknowledge our connection to the earth and one another. There will also be aromatherapy oil and self massage to sooth and settle, before the class relaxes into savasana for guided mediation. Once the our whole being is ready we settle in to be transported by the vibrations of the sound bath of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan singing bowl and Gong, feeling the vibrations within us and beyond us
About Lisa
Lisa weaves the teachings of yogic philosophy into her life through her practise, meditation and lifestyle. She draws on the principals of all schools of yoga and yogic philosophy, incorporating the teachings from ancient ayuverdic knowledge and modern science into classes. Lisa's aim is to help students to develop physical and emotional strength, balance and movement by creating oneness with the mind and body, the Earth its elements and all beings.
Lisa is Trained and Accredited by Yoga Alliance as well as First Aid Certified.
