Pink Food is the inspiration of Merrilees Parker and Bernadette Fitzpatrick, two passionate 'foodies' with many years of experience under some of the finest chefs in the industry. For Pink, fantastic food is all about great ingredients, cooked simply, presented stunningly, and served in a friendly and efficient manner.

Lauderdale House partners with Pink Food to deliver a delicious culinary experience for those coming to the House, be it to our café or a private event. All food is prepared and delivered fresh from the kitchen, using the highest quality produce from local suppliers. This approach has brought Pink Food to the very top of the industry, with a reputation for excellence at every level.

Our Events Manager and Pink Food’s Event Director will work together to assist you in planning your big day, paying attention to the smallest details for a seamless experience. They have a thorough knowledge of how events at Lauderdale House are run and can offer an impressive and delicious variety of catering options, from an elegant champagne reception for a work summer ball, a formal seated wedding breakfast, a buffet spread for a family gathering or kids food for a children's birthday party

Pink Food's catering approach is all about exceptional food and the finest local ingredients, with a focus on prioritising animal welfare and environmental sustainability. Pink Food can arrange for Halal or Kosher wedding food and can accommodate any specific dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free.
