Pilates is a complete exercise method that targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from inside out.
It rebalances the body bringing it into correct alignment whilst improving flexibility and posture, reshaping your figure to become longer, leaner and more toned. Whilst Pilates will energize you, these classes will help you feel calm and achieve a sense of well being.
Pilates at Lauderdale House is run by Highgate Pilates and their classes are restricted to a max of 13 clients to ensure everyone gets individual attention and correction & can progress safely at their own pace.

Highgate Pilates runs 5 sessions in the Long Gallery (first floor) over Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays:
Tuesdays:
Beginner - 6pm
Intermediate - 7pm
Advanced - 8pm
Wednesdays:
Intermediate - 9.30am
Beginner/Improver - 10.30am
Thursdays:
Beginner/Improver - 8.30am
Spring 2025 Term dates:
Block 1: 7 January - 13 February
Block 2: 25 February - 3 April
New 6-Week Beginner Course:
Wednesdays at 8.30am from 22 January - 5 March, excluding 19 February
